I don't see what's so dangerous? Who cares about the computer warning "terrain" the pilot has an unimpeded approach to a good runway. Doesn't seem particularly dangerous.

The approach is scary, but the airport and runway look great 😊 I wouldn't want to make that approach at night though! LOL

As a lifelong commercial pilot, I can assure you every runway is just as dangerous as any other if you choose not to land on it in the correct configuration and at the correct speed near to the indicated touch-down point.

Thank You for posting, I imagine it can be challenging landing on a wet runway there with all that rubber on the runway

Was surprised at how far down the runway the wheels touched down. There was obviously more runway than I thought there. Awesome scenery, beautiful country, insane place for a runway….lol 👍🏻😎

I wonder whether the air sometimes gets very turbulent or unpredictable at the start of the runway, due to the cliffs and valley in front of the runway.

Estábamos muy contentos de visitar capurgana, no tenía ni idea del aterrizaje que me esperaba!.Cuando estábamos descendiendo por debajo de las nubes, ya se veían montañas por todas partes, por momentos las nubes no permitían ver, cero visibilidad, el avión se tambaleaba mucho por los fuertes vientos, algunos provenientes del mar que está muy cerca, el piloto rodeo la pista de aterrizaje y repentinamente estábamos rodeados de árboles, se veían cerros por todas partes, nunca vi la pista, sólo veía que estábamos volando en medio de las montañas, casi sentía que podía tocar los árboles, repentinamente siento un vacío como si estuvieramos cayendo y ahora si puedo ver parte de la pista, pero noto que estamos demasiado inclinados, así por unos segundos hasta que el avión vuelve a nivelarse y por fin aterriza, todo muy rápido, con poco margen de error, se nota que la pista es muy corta, la frenada es brusca para no sobrepasar en la pista la entrada hacia donde se realiza el desembarque. Capurgana es hermoso pero nunca volvería, realmente creo que el vuelo es demasiado peligroso.
